This week – October 6-10, 2014 – is Customer Service Week! We love celebrating everyone in our company during this time (as we believe that it takes the hard work off all of team members to create a great customer experience) and we usually have a little fun in the process!
This morning I walked in to some great signs all over the building honoring the occasion and hinting at what this week's theme would be all about – Keep Calm and Celebrate Customer Service Week. Each department was given a basket of light-hearted, fun goodies to break up the day (think whoopee cushions, candy, puzzles, and more) and keep us calm. One of our meeting rooms was turned into a relaxation room – filled with candles, dark chocolate, and a soothing waterfall projected onto the wall. I will definitely be utilizing that today!
