October 10, is World Mental Health Awareness Day. Right now, one in five adults in America are struggling with a mental health issue, according to the U.S. Health & Human Services. So, let’s think about that statistic for a second. If you are a company of 100, there are currently 20 employees that are struggling with a mental disorder. Do you know who is struggling?
