Every year on the first Friday of March, companies around the world stop to celebrate the livelihood of their operations – their employees! Celebrating and appreciating the folks that keep your company running and in the black day-after-day doesn't have to put you in the red! 

Let's start out with a little joke:

As Valentine's Day approaches, I'm making sure my best heart socks are clean and my favorite red blouse is pressed and ready so I can adequately express my love for a day of love. I'll be at work for most of that day this year, so I'm also thinking about the best ways to celebrate without encroaching on my coworkers' personal space. Air hugs only, Allison. Air hugs.
