I don’t know about you but one of my favorite ways to unwind after a long day is to mindlessly skim my favorite blogs. There’s just something fun about fantasizing about that lavender-rosemary bundt cake that I’ll never make or saving a workout that I know has one burpee too many. For this edition of Friday Faves, I took cues from our fabulous team on their very favorite blogs so that you, too, can unwind in style this Friday afternoon.

In Fun at the Ville, we take a peek inside our organization and share some of the recognition stories that happen within our walls on a daily basis. In this edition, our CEO, Brad Darooge, was caught in the act of appreciation. What’s more, he recognized an employee that disagreed with him, congratulating her perseverance and success!

The onset of summer (AKA bathing suit season) brings equal parts excitement and terror for many people.  Before the dog days arrive, take a minute to assess your current workplace wellness program. 

Whether they’re off organizing fundraisers for your school, visiting with elderly patients or acting as crowd control at a charity event, volunteers are some of the most essential pieces of any organization.  They are selfless with their time and generous with their resources; they’re pretty much the bee’s knees!
