Employee Appreciation Day is two weeks away! You may be thinking to yourself, “that’s great, but my employees aren’t really into all that fluffy, touchy, feely stuff…” We get it. Many workplaces are filled with employees that are satisfied with receiving a paycheck for their daily work – or so they think.

While Baudville may be known as “The Place for Daily Recognition” to our customers, we also like to be a hub of employee recognition in our everyday work, as well! This week’s recognition spotlight comes from our Distribution Center and its featured employee is someone who cares a great deal about making sure our customers get exactly what they ordered! The manager giving the recognition this time is Rob, our Distribution Supervisor.
