Summer is upon us, the heat is on and the sun is out! It may be hard to keep your team motivated at work when they want to be hanging out at the beach and, well, not working. We are into the 5th week of our health & wellness challenge here at the 'ville. Everyone is gearing up for some big runs happening soon, lots of trips to the restroom are happening from all the water drinking , and some fitness selfies are being posted in the common area to keep us energized!

Usually our Digital Marketing Coordinator, Kaleigh is busy blogging or clogging your social feed, but we caught her in the act - the act of recognition that is! Our favorite thing to do around the 'Ville is to recognize each other on a job well done. And that's exactly what Kaleigh did to say thanks to a fellow co-worker last week. 

Recognition from one Baudville veteran to another = Priceless.

We caught Bruce, our Director of CRM, in recognition action! He has been at the 'ville since 1993 (yeah, that's a long time) and can be known around here as "maloney", is always saying hello to everyone with a smile on his face, and truly enjoys the people he works with. Melissa who has been here since 2002, who does a lot to keep this ship running, was his target in this recognition moment...

My mom knew she wanted to be a nurse her entire life and has been in the medical field since she graduated from nursing school. She has worked in the emergency room most of her career and it has been a very demanding profession physically and emotionally for her, especially more now as she nears retirement.
