Health & Wellness Series: Staying Healthy Is More than a 10-Week Commitment!

The last contributor to our Health & Wellness Series is Laura. She was my team captain in last year’s challenge and served as a co-captain for her team, Buff n’ Stuff, this year. I can tell you first-hand that she means business!

Laura’s commitment to getting healthier started well before our challenge kicked off, so by day one she was already on her way to meeting her goals. I happen to know that, in total, she’s lost about double in pounds of what she reported here. And it shows!

By committing to the workout and other lifestyle changes as a team, John and Stacy stayed motivated and on track—and saw impressive results in the end!

Health & Wellness Series: When Being a Big Loser Is Something to Brag About!

Day two of our Health & Wellness series is all about weight loss! As part of our Healthy Active You challenge, we had an optional weight loss element for those who wanted to add some additional incentive to their efforts. I just did the math, and only counting those we tracked, together we lost close to 150 pounds!

Today’s featured champion, Alan, was a big contributor to that number with nearly 20 percent coming from him. Way to go, Alan!
