Today Marcia Salgat, one of our Inbound Customer Service Representatives received a special delivery from Edible Arrangements with a nice thank you note from one of our customers. The customer ordered trophies with a rush charge for the proof and rush shipping. Although one was damaged, we shipped the replacement out right away.
