I’m not exactly sure when I became a football fan, and I’m not certain I really am a fan of the game as much I am a fan of a good reason to cook chili and lie on the couch on a Sunday afternoon. The reason I bring this up is that with the Super Bowlwrapping up the season in early February comes the stark reality that the rest of the month is going to have to work pretty hard to be interesting. (This is my current explanation for why February is so abominable, anyway.) As some of you may know, Random Acts of Kindness Week took place last week. Jennifer was full of kindness and decided to share some of her random acts to inspire us to continually make kindness an effort.

While Baudville may be known as “The Place for Daily Recognition” to our customers, we also like to be a hub of employee recognition in our everyday work, as well! This week’s recognition spotlight comes from our Distribution Center and its featured employee is someone who cares a great deal about making sure our customers get exactly what they ordered! The manager giving the recognition this time is Rob, our Distribution Supervisor.
