When I started at Baudville, I was working part time here and part time at another job. But, I really wanted THIS job to be full time and the other one to eventually become someone else’s problem. Over time, that’s what happened. (Yay!) In the mean time, I felt a huge responsibility to Job A to get someone in place who could seamlessly take over for me when I made my final exit. So, I put out a job posting and started my search.

Tomorrow is the first day of spring (woo-hoo!), which may have you thinking about a little seasonal cleaning. It could be your desk drawers, or your department’s common area, or maybe it’s actually your culture that needs some spiffing up.

Feel like you have literally given every idea you have and it's just not cutting it? So what do you do now, give up? No! Keep going - but how about this time you think outside of the box!

With Employee Appreciation Day being Friday, the 6^th and Baudville’s birthday Monday, the 9^th, last week Baudville had a lot to celebrate! (We have the tendency to do that around here.) It was the perfect opportunity to take a week-long vacation together.

Many of us wear a lot of different hats throughout the day here at Baudville. Lisa is no stranger to multi-tasking and with some recent new hires in her department, she has had to put on her trainer’s hat, as well! Her manager, Lindsey saw how hard Lisa was working to train, keep up on her current workload, and all the while doing it with a smile!
