It seems difficult to think that you could truly celebrate every person in your organization in 2016, but you can! There are two reasons every single employee will deserve to be celebrated in the coming year: their birthday and their work anniversary.

I just celebrated my six-year anniversary at Baudville, which is kind of a big deal for me. It is by far the longest I’ve worked for a company, and, while there are a number of reasons why that is, I can say definitively that one of the biggest ones has to do with the team I work with. 

Truth is, my team has evolved several times over these years, but no matter who has been on it, it’s the respect, bonds, collaborations, and happiness we create together that keep me coming back. Every day (mostly). For SIX years.
