As the school year comes to a close, it’s important to give your teachers and staff a proper summer send-off. Consider these five tips to make your appreciation memorable and impactful!

Thankfully Falon reminded me that Teacher Appreciation Week is right around the corner (May 4-8th), and since I am so last minute, and jealous of her super adorable and afforadble DIY, I thought I better put together something for my favorite teachers before the week comes and goes!

So if you are in the same boat as I am, hopefully my quick list will be somewhat helpful. Whether you work with teachers, have kids in school, or just know a few teachers-  be sure to let them know they are appreciated.

With Teacher Appreciation Week just around the corner (May 4-8, 2015), and year-end upon us, it's time to start thinking about showing your teachers and staff just how much you appreciate all of the hard work they've put in this school year!

As a parent of a pre-kindergartener and a 2nd grader, I have such admiration for all of the patience, love, and dedication my kids' teachers put into their everyday classroom routines and activities. One of my kids can be a bit of a challenge (we all have one, don't we?) and his teacher has been incredible with him this year so I want to make sure she knows how much we value her!

My mom knew she wanted to be a nurse her entire life and has been in the medical field since she graduated from nursing school. She has worked in the emergency room most of her career and it has been a very demanding profession physically and emotionally for her, especially more now as she nears retirement.

Wednesday, April 22nd is Administrative Professionals' Day (also known as Secretaries Day or Admin Day.) A special day set aside to recognize the work of secretaries, administrative assistants, receptionists, and other administrative support professionals.  These are the professionals who go above and beyond every day: planning, organizing, leading, and directing are just some of the roles an Administrative Professional takes part in. Aside from a hand written note or their favorite flowers, we've got a handful of products we think they'd love!
