This week – October 6-10, 2014 – is Customer Service Week! We love celebrating everyone in our company during this time (as we believe that it takes the hard work off all of team members to create a great customer experience) and we usually have a little fun in the process!

This morning I walked in to some great signs all over the building honoring the occasion and hinting at what this week's theme would be all about – Keep Calm and Celebrate Customer Service Week. Each department was given a basket of light-hearted, fun goodies to break up the day (think whoopee cushions, candy, puzzles, and more) and keep us calm. One of our meeting rooms was turned into a relaxation room – filled with candles, dark chocolate, and a soothing waterfall projected onto the wall. I will definitely be utilizing that today!

So around here, everyone looks forward to Customer Service Week every year!  Last year we celebrated with casual days, food, games, and gifts.

If you're anything like me, you don't need an excuse to have your morning coffee. However, take your time to enjoy your steaming cup of coffee a little bit more on September 29th, National Coffee Day!   

Boss' day is already less than a month away! Where does the time go? Boss' Day is celebrated annually on October 16th. This year we decided to create some more excitement around this holiday. I am proud to announce, we now have a line of products specifically for Boss' Day! I know what you're thinking – that's really boss-some right?

Please join us as we pause today, September 11, 2014, to remember the thousands of men and women who were taken from us 13 years ago. We remember their families and friends. We remember the heroes who stepped up to take action and help. We remember our military, continuing to fight for our freedom and safety every day. We remember. We will never forget.
